Ideally, all your trees and potential storm risk areas are all well maintained and secured to prevent such accidents happening. This is why we offer our Tree Maintenance Plans, so you don’t need to call us for Tree Emergencies.
However, even with the best intentions or preparation sometimes Mother Nature has other ideas. After any major weather event, we are your Go To team to call for your Tree Emergencies.
We work alongside your insurance company ensuring speedy service, SGT has access to all heavy machinery that could be required to get any job done safely & efficiently.
If you are in danger, SGT will work through storm or sunshine to get you and your property safe.
Storm Damage & Dangerous Trees
In the unfortunate event of a fallen tree or branches after strong winds SGTrees is equipped with the tools, knowledge and experience to plan and execute a safe removal of the most complex tasks. Ask us about insurance jobs too.
We are also trained to work near to powerlines outside of the vicinity zones.
If an emergency situation arises after hours, give us a call and we will find a solution to make the tree safe and return the following day to clean the site.

All our plans include…
Getting Set-Up - We will arrange to meet with you to review your property and set you up in our online system which will include photos and descriptions of all the trees and hedges that you would like us to maintain. We will prioritise tasks according to urgency, safety, tree health and seasonal needs.
Maintenance - When it is time for your hedges and trees to be maintained, we will book this in with you plus notify tenants, neighbours and anyone else that the work is taking place and when. On the day, our crew of three plus a truck & chipper will arrive to complete the tasks according to your maintenance plan. We will record all completed work, any potential hazards and future care required so that you can track this too.
Observation - After your job has been completed, we will visit your property halfway between your next visit to ensure everything is going smoothly and so we can update the maintenance plan if required!
Online Tracking - You can access your plan and view the status of your service at any time through our easy-to-use online system!
Emergencies – All our plan members will have priority service if a worst-case scenario were to happen.
