• A noticeable lean that has developed or worsened over time

• Roots lifting paths, driveways, or foundations

• Damage from a storm that has affected the tree's structure

Any one of these on its own isn't always a sign the tree has to go. But together, or combined with the tree's location near a house, driveway, or powerline, they're worth having assessed properly.

Choosing which trees to remove
